Star Wars: Rogues of the Old Republic (ROTOR)

Session 11: Tir Wilan's No Good Very Bad Day

The situation seemed dire.

Tir Wilan and an unconscious Simone Vizour were out somewhere in the nebula, trying to avoid the much larger pirate/salvage ship, Poisonous Slave. The rest of the rogues were on board the derelict Rakshasan ship, Rapid Descent with the pigrims and Rakshasans they had rescued from the Transdoshan salvagers.

The rogues too a quick assessment of the situation. The Pilgrims had special sensor equipment that would help them find the center of the nebular, where rumor (and the pilgrim’s faith) held that there was an ancient temple of a force-active people. That temple is said to be the center of a power null — an area that drains the power from all techology in the system.

The pilgrims had special equipment they thought would help them send pods into the null to explore the temple and then pull them back out of the null with a long, monofilament winch cable.

The Rogues quickly lashed the sensor equipment and pod contraption to the small cockpit shuttle on the Rakshasan ship, and headed out into the nebula. They were able to find their way to the null, and discovered that it was full of wrecked, drifting ships — decades, maybe centuries worth of ships all mangled and twisted by long years drifting and colliding with each other.

The rogues discussed some options, but quickly decided to go try to get Wilan and Simone out of trouble. So they turned their tiny shuttle towards the fray.

Thanks to some fancy piloting, they managed to evade the Poisonous Slave and convince Tir to open the cargo hold on the Ample Bounty. They flew the shuttle into the cargo bay and that way they were able to rejoin Tir and Simone and help they crew the bounty and try to evade the Slave.

Unfortunately, the Slave managed a little fancy flying of her own, and was able to lock onto the Bounty with a tractor beam, pulling the smaller ship in and powering it down.

The Slave managed to dock with the helpless Bounty and force the airlock open. What followed was a blood bit of trench warfare in the entry way joining the two ships. Waves of attack droids and transdoshan boarders charged into the ship, where they were caught in a deadly crossfire. Their numbers forced the Rogues back, briefly, and the Rogues were definitely suffering losses. But in the end, the rogues were able to hold them off.

Things have gone quiet. The Bounty is still caught by the Slave. A transdoshan leader is outside the ship giving orders, apparently considering another attack. Wrecked attack droids, dead and wounded Transdoshan salvagers full the floor of the passage between the two ships with bodies, blood, hydraulic fluids, and the soft moans of the dying.

Somewhere in that carnage is the Mandalorian Mancko*, who went down when struck by a lucky shot early on.

And, that smoky, bloody standoff is where we left it for the next session.

So he didn’t have the wild die, and did not have multiple wounds. If his player attends the next session, he’ll be a wild card again, and will wake up under the pile of bodies having taken just one wound.

Session 10: Cats in the Neya Nebula 1

The rogues were on manku station enjoying a little celebration of their success rescuing the kid in their previous mission. They used the funds they earned to invest in some new equipment and even some cyberware forYaziro Mar’Tin’Az — implants to make his control of the ship more effective (+2 to Pilot checks) and a new Beta 12 Hacking computer forRidaf.

They accepted a new mission from a young Rakshasan female named Mella Racelaca. Her brother, Fal Racelaca and his ship the Rapid Descent were taking a group of Grellacians (pilgrims) to a holy site inside the Neya Nebula, but after a short communication about systems trouble, the ship has not answered, and Mella has been trying to arrange help. She thought she had a team hired to go and repair the Descent, but suddenly the team lost interest in her job and stopped responding to her communications. So she needed to find other help, and the Rogues responded to the call.

The rogues purchased some extra shielding for the Ample Bounty (to protect it from the storm energies of the Nebula) and set off to go look for the Descent.

On the way out of the Manku region, a Green Beauty fighter tried to intercept the ship, but the Rogues were able to destroy it quickly and continue on their mission.

Once at the nebula, the rogues spotted a The Red Mist ship prowling the edges of the nebula, but were able to enter the nebula’s stormy clouds before having to face the ship.

Within the nebula, a complex game of hide and see ensued — they faced a couple of Red Mist fighters obviously also in there hunting for the derelict ship. After defeating the fighters, they continued their search until they found the Rapid Descent. She was drifting in the nebula, with another ship, a Green Beauty-affiliated Transdoshan wrecker called the Poisonous Slave.

Still hidden in the nebula, the Rogues hit upon a plan to try to rescue the Descent. They put on EVA suits and snuck up on the two ships locked together with grapnels and pressurized umbilical. Successfully reaching the outside of the Slave, they managed to access the ship’s computer network by exposing some panels onthe sensor array. Ridaf and P5 managed to hack the Slave’s computer system, disabling the ship’s sensors, and navigation. Then, they cut their way into the pressurized umbilical boarded the Descent while the two ships drifted apart, and engaged the Transdoshan pirates on board the Descent.

During the running gun battle with the Transdoshans, it became clear that the pirates back on the Slave were working hard to get their computer system back on line. To try to distract them, and take advantage of their momentary disability, the Rogues ordered the two crew members who had been left behind on the Ample Bounty to open fire on the Slave. Those two were Simone Vizour and Tir Wilan.

Simone and Wilan engaged the Slave, but before serious damage could be done the Slave got it’s shields up and was able to get underway to fight back against the Bounty. The two ships disappeared into the nebula’s storm clouds, and communication was lost.

The rogues on the Descent were able to defeat the Transdoshans and take the ship back over. They discovered that about half the pilgrims had been killed — and were in the process of being butchered by the Transdoshans. The Rakshasans were alive, but badly beaten. And the ship itself is indeed derelict, it’s electrical system fried in a way that will require hours to repair — and supplies that may or may not be aboard the Descent.

There is one glimmer of hope. The Descent’s cockpit is actually a detachable shuttle. It might be possible to get that ready for flight quickly and head out into the nebula to try to help Simone and Wilan fight off the Slave.

And that’s where the session ended.

Session 9: The Missing Prince

The Rogues arrived at Manku Station badly in need of repairs (for P-Five Two Proto) and medical attention (for Simone and Goggins).

Thye managed to get fixed up, but in the process discovered that they were being carefully watch by a group of Rodians. They quickly discovered that there was a bounty being offered for P5. There was also a fairly shady run for Nagan Jatha, and a bounty for the return of a missing prince, Bejo Drakkar.

The Rogues decided to go after Bejo. They were pursued off the station by the Rodians, under command of a bounty hunter named Seret Dac. Dac contacted the Ample Bounty and demanded that the droid calling itself “P5 Prototype” be turned over to him. The rogues claimed that P5 was still in the crate from the repair facility, and would jettison him. Sig agreed, but instead of P5 Goggy rigged the crate with explosives, which damaged Dac’s ship and killed a member of his crew while the Bounty escaped.

Freed from pursuit, the Rogues traveled to the vacation spot where the young prince had disappeared, where they picked up the trail of the swindlers who seem to have been behind the young Prince’s disappearance. They tracked Alask Rollan and Cail Amadi to their villa hideout.

In a stolen flower delivery speeder, repainted to be Captain Compassion, the singing Madalorian. Bluffing their way into the compound and even into the villa, the Rogues were then able to overpower the guards, Rollan, and Amadi and recover the young prince.

They returned to Manku station with the prince to claim the bounty.

Session 8: Really, The Last of Rescue on Agamar

(Sorry this update is late)

Opening Crawl

The rogues — the three remaining rogues (as Serratta Ko had been controlled and apparently subverted by Fandutton) could hear the imperials above them in the keep preparing for a fresh assault on their temporary position in the dungeons beneath Castle Kalapeck.

Yaziro finished releasing the last of the imprisoned members of the Agamar Militia, and among them they found two volunteers whose connection with the Militia was actually limited but whom could be new Rogues on the team.

The first was Goggins Crowder, and the second was a Mandalorian bounty hunter named Mancko. The two gathered up weapons and bits of armor from dead imperials and joined the team.

The Rogues decided to try to escape down through the tunnels and out to the river. On the way out the discovered the temple of Tedumepat, an ancient force priest of the race that once inhaibited Agamar, long before the current age. Inside the temple they found ritual crystals placed in a pattern to hold back force energies, and Simone carefully removed those crystals. The pattern had been holding back the spirits of Tedumpat and his followers, who reached out through the force to speak to Simone, and through her the other rogues.

Tedumepat offered his aid in the retaking of the keep, but the odds seemed too much stacked against the rogues, so they continue to make their escape. They were able to disarm the force field that blocked their entrance on the way in, and escape across the river into the forest.

There, they could make their escape, but first they knew they needed to quickly go to the place were Serrata had hidden The Alva Focus, which Fandutton would clearly want to collect. they raced to the place where Serrata had hidden it, and just when they found it a imperial war group arrived, led by Colonel Darru. A fierce battle ensued — Darru’s cybernetic armor appeared to be just too tough to penetrate, and the imperial forces were closing in. Yaziro called up the Ample Bounty to come pick them up.

In the moments before escape, P-Five Two Proto managed to knock Darru down with a well placed shot. The droid was fixated on Darru’s high-powered laser rifle, and made a dash across open ground to try to grab it before escaping, but was gunned down himself by imperial blaster fire.

The other rogues managed to scoop up P5 before dusting off. They bolted out of the system, making a few jumps to throw off pursuit before returning to Manku Station to hide, recover, and find their next job.

Session 7: More Rescue at Kalapeck
They'll get there sooner or later

Opening Crawl

The session started in the blasted wreck of Silehar’s archaeological dig. In Silehar’s journal the rogues found some information that revealed that there is a ancient temple in caverns beneath Castle Kalapeck called the Temple of Tedumepat. The temple had been excavated, Silehar had discovered nothing, but apparently Fandutton was continuing to visit the temple for some reason.

As a part of the excavation of the temple, Silehar’s droid excavators had created a tunnel out to the riverbank cliff beneath the castle, which would provide the rogues a potential way into the keep.

They planned an elaborate distraction at the archeological dig site, left Ridaf behind to trigger it when they were ready, and set out to try to gain access to the keep through the excavator’s tunnel.

The tunnel turned out to be blocked by a force field, which they asked Ridaf to disable, but he failed to hack his way into the fortress systems and disable it. In the end, they were left trying to bluff their way into the keep using the planted droid registration they had previously created for P5.

They asked Ridaf to trigger the distraction, and in the commotion of all but a skeleton crew leaving the garrison, they started to bluff past one layer of guards after another.

They managed to reach the dungeon level, where they found an imperial doctor (Dr. Dr. Bolin) torturing a militia prisoner while a team of imperial soldiers looked on. Yaziro Mar’Tin’Az walked into the room, said something droll for a little fella, and started shooting. And was almost instantly winged by the soldier’s return fire.

What followed was a long, drawn-out gun and lightsaber battle in the close quarters of the dungeon. From deeper within the garrison’s commander, Colonel Darru came out to fight, demonstrating the high quality of imperial cyberarmor and his skill with a chain sword.

The Alarm, raised by Bolin before she was taken out, also brought reinforcements from the caslte above, led by Fandutton himself. It seemed like the fight cound dragon of for a while, when Fandutton locked eyes on Serratta Ko. Fandutton’s eyes glowed red, and he said “You have served me well, Serrata, Serve me again”. And with that, Serrata’s eyes also glowed red.

Serrata, under Fandutton’s command, walked to his new master, and handed him his Glaive. Fandutton led Serrata out of the dungeon, leaving Darru and the few surviving soldiers to cover his retreat.

This leaves the Rogues in an uncomfortable position. They have been able to release the militia prisoners, who can collect some blasters from the fallen soldiers to arm themselves with, but they have an army of soldiers above them, with reinforcements almost certainly being called back from the diversion at the dig site. One of their allies has apparently been mind controlled by Fandutton, and may or may not have joined the other side of this debacle.

Is all hope lost? We won’t know until we play the next session of Rogues of the Old Republic….

Session 6: Rescue at Kalapeck

Opening crawl

The Rogues started the session sending Bondell and his ship the Banshee to arrange repairs and hire some new crew. P5 required some time recharging, so the three remaining rogues (Serrata, Simone, and Yaziro) set off to try to find a way to get into Castle Kalapeck to put an end to the threat posed by the prisoners.

At the town of Kalapeck they decided to try to take a look at the castle from the woods on the far side of a fast-moving river that protected the read side of the keep. From there they hoped to be able to see if there were some sort of postern or lower level entrance to the keep that might let them in without facing the entire crowd of troopers inside the keep.

They took Yaziro’s ambulance air speeder into the woods and found a place to hide it before trying to explore on foot. but before they got far they saw a transport going by on a speederway that passed through the forest. On the open bed of the large speeder transport a squad of troopers were guarding a Bothan prisoner. The Bothan spotted Simone as the transport passed (she had been pushed out of an excellent hiding spot by Serrata), and some communication apparently passed between the Bothan and Simone, although. She immediately announced that they had to go get the Bothan, so they quickly hopped back into the Ambulance and went off in pursuit.

Yaziro managed to chase down the transport and get close enough for first Simone and then Serrata to hop aboard. They quickly disabled all the guards in the flatbed and then convinced the driver and his companion in the cockpit to pull the transport over and surrender.

In questioning and impressing upon the officer — a certain Captain Sonu — the rogues killed the trooper prisoner. Simone also had a long conversation with the Bothan, who said his name was Fona Krela’bor. Fona gave Simone some startling news, told the rogues what he could about the keep (which was not much) and then thanked them for the rescue and slipped off into the woods.

The Rogues kept their prisoner (Sonu) — confiscated his uniform and pieced together a uniform from the fallen troopers as well. The pulled the computer/communication right out of the transport and damaged the engine so it could not be driven before heading off into the woods to hide and get away from the scene of the battle.

They managed to get the computer rig powered up and made an attempt to access the main imperial mainframe with the transport’s computer, but the battle had been reported to the imperial forces, access was difficult, and their attempt to access the mainframe via wireless communication allowed the imperials to triangulate their position in the forest. Imperial forces boiled out of the keep, set up a cordon around the forest, and prepared to hunt the rogues down.

Yaziro managed a feat of piloting daring, barreling past a pair of fighters in his much more sluggish ambulance. He was able to escape by forcing one of the fighters to crash, which allowed them to escape trap.

They found another small village, ditched the ambulance and stole a rustbucket old “El Camino” style speeder to drive back to Kalapeck. To be safe, they ditched Sonu on the side of the road far from any imperial forces or settlements, with “traitor” spray painted on his back. They ditched the stolen old speeder about an hour outside of town and walked the last bit to make sure they were not spotted.

After a day’s rest they decided to try another tactic. With Yaziro dressed in the officer’s uniform (laughable on a teenager as it was) and Serrata wearing the trooper’s uniform (including full helmet) they reported spotting a resistance member in a nearby guest house to an imperial patrol. They managed to distract the partol and get them away from their vehicle so that Ridaf and Simone could get into the cockpit and try to hack into the mainframe. In a few minutes they were able to get onto the mainframe, access the droid operations section of the castle’s operations center download a massive amount of data for later study, and even create a record for P5 as a guard droid working in the castle.

They fled the scene — Serrata was exposed and had to flee pursuit and escape in a quick foot chase — and then go back and study the data they had from the droid shop’s records. They found that most of the droid parts in the area were being requisitioned and shipped out of the castle to a dig site of some sort.

This led them to an archaeological dig site. They killed a sith (Gual Gur) and a collection of sentry droids, captured the Mon Calamari archaeologist (Dr. Silehar after cutting off communications so no alarm could be raised.

And that’s where the session ended.

Session 5: Saving Bondell
For want of an escape route, an eye was lost...

The rogues found themselves biding their time in a small farming city on Agamar, waiting for Simone to return from some sort of secret meeting or personal pilgrimage.

While waiting they witnessed the summary execution of a family. they were dragged from their home into the street by a squad of imperial troops. There, in front of hovering camera bots broadcasting a signal across Agamar, the family was killed, one by one, while the officer in charge made a speech about people exposed as having provided aid to the partisans calling themselves the militia.

The officer, Captain Yesarn of the Imperial Marines, announced that those who turned themselves in might be granted some clemency, but all those exposed in the ongoing interrogation of the captured partisans — or other investigations — before they confessed on their own — all of those could expect to the same fate.

Tir Wilan, the young proto-jedi and newest follower of the rogues, begged that the team find a way to pull of some sort of rescue. Serrata and Yaziro forced him to consider that it might be more reasonable to kill them if they couldn’t be rescued, but the boy continued to push and hope for some sort of plan of rescue.

The team started to do some poking around to find out just how strong the garrison might be. They managed to gain just a little basic information about the garrison at Castle Kalapeck.

At that point, Serrata received a recorded message from his old smuggler friend Favorrd Bondell. Bondell was calling for help — he had been shot down, forced to crash land on a distant asteroid and hide in that asteroid’s caves to try to get away from the Wookie bounty hunter, Titas Dan, who was still after him.

With two possible ways to go, the rogues set out to come up with a plan - but quite quickly the plan they came up with to try to distract much of the garrison at Castle Kalapeck required Bondell and the sort of distraction he might provide.

So they set out, managing to get past the imperial cordon with little difficulty and heading out. Once in the Semaria system, they made their way to the asteroid field and scanned for Bondell’s ship.

They found the asteroid with two ships on it — Bondell’s Banshee, still badly damaged and close to a reactor breach — and Dan’s Rash Decision.

Seeking to take advantage of the situation, Yaziro quickly moved into an attack position and barrelled at the stationary Rash Decision. After a direct hit the Decision quickly lifted off to try to defend itself and take evasive action, but the combination of the pounding from Bounty’s guns and a poorly timed liftoff put the Decision right in the path of a passing Asteroid. Crippled and venting atmosphere and reactor coolant into space, the Decision was dead in space, leaving any remaining members of Dan’s band of bounty hunters marooned on the asteroid with Bondell’s damaged ship.

The rogues landed near Bondell’s Banshee, defeated a team of Wookies from Dan’s team who were trying to repair the ship. Then they stalked into the caves, looking for Titas Dan and Bondell. Eventually, they cornered Dan, had a fierce firefight, and defeated him and his remaining henchmen. They found Bondell, retreated to the Banshee where they managed to repair it well enough to get it back to Manku Station for repairs and to recruit some new crew.

Session 4
These aren’t the Coffee Makers you’re looking for

The Rogues start the session hanging out in a Cantina on Manku Station (aka Smuggler’s cloud). They had tracked a young jedi wannabe who has been working with the resistance on Agamar to the cantina, after talking to their old friend Favord Bondell, who had brought him to the station.

Assuming the boy, Tir Wilan, was there to try to buy the guns that Dac Inecon was coming to sell, they came up with a a plan to spoil that deal by convincing the boy that Inecon was really working with the Sith to expose the resistance. They had not idea how close their ruse was to the truth.

Simone approached the boy and convinced him that she was friendly, and there to help him. She wanted him that the Sith were there to try to capture him. Later, Serrata and P-5 had a conversation with Dac in the station that they tried to edit into convincing proof that Dac was working with a Sith (Serrata). In that conversation they also discovered that Inecon had a force user with him — a woman who wasn’t neither jedi nor sith, but who was strong with the force.

Simone was on hand in the cantina to see a pair of Wookies, presumably working for the Wookie bounty hunter Titas Dan who is apparently pursuing Wilan. The Wookies settled into a table at the cantina are were obviously watching Wilan.

Simone was also there to see a Chiss fixer arrive and make contact with Wilan. This was Luteno Rass, who would make the connection between Wilan and Inecon. He advised the boy to make his way to a cantina in the Green Beauty part of the station, since the Wookies would be likely unwilling to follow him there (because of the famous antipathy between Wookies and Transdoshans).

Wilan moved to the cantina in question, called Emerald Isle, and waited there for further word from Rass. It was at the Emerald Isle that the rogues delivered their doctored footage of Serrata and Inecon speaking, and used that to convince Wilan that the deal was a trap, and he should decline. They promised that they could get him a guns deal with Jatha, their employer, then Simone returned to the Ample Bounty to call Jatha and make sure that was possible.

While Simone and P-5 were on the Bounty, Rass arrived at the Isle to bring Wilan to the meet. So only Serrata and Yaziro were on hand to follow along behind and keep an eye on things.

The meet took place in a area of “ Shadows” on the station — an areal of derelict, unused parts of the salvaged ships that make up Manku Station. While watching the meet at a distance Serrata and Yaziro could smell that there were Wookies in the area, but they couldn’t see them.

The meet started out as they had scripted it for the boy. He saw the demonstration of the guns, but in the end declined the deal. Inecon and Rass became irate, and started to argue, but the woman in Inecon’s retinue stepped forward and used a force mind trick to push Wilan to take the deal after all. Once that was settled, Wilan handed over the case of credits, and Inecon handed over the crates of guns that made up the first installment of the deal.

Realizing the smugglers and resistance fighters would have come in their direction as they left the meeting place, Yaziro hid and Serrata scampered ahead and down a side passage to get out of the way. There, in the dark corner where he expected to be alone, he felt a powerful dark presence. Walking around the corner he found an old rival from his days as a sith apprentice — Fandutton, apprentice to Sith Lord Hiwall. Fandutton was there talking to a pair of Wookies (also probably working for Titas Dan, implying a relationship there).

Seratta and Fandutton had a conversation about their mutual antipathy, but Fandutton decided to let Seratta go when he understood that Seratta’s interest was in Inecon, not Wilan. As long as Seratta and his friends were going to leave Wilan alone, there was no need for a confrontation between the two.

So Serrata returned to his companions and they did their best to make life difficult for Inecon. At this point they realized that they were in a tight spot — they had orders to foil a deal that had gone down as planned, so they needed to try to get the money from Inecon before he could get it off of Manku station and back home to Wayland. They considered attacking Inecon’s ship in space, and storming his ship while it was still docked on the station, or meeting it back on Wayland and taking the money then.

They tried slicing into the station computer network to make it difficult for Inecon to leave, but failed. It looked like they were going to have to risk it all with a desperate attack when it occurred to them that they didn’t really like working for Jatha in the first place. And if they went to Agamar and tried to help the kid, Wilan, it would be an opportunity to stick it to Fandutton, which Serrata was suddenly really itching to try.

So, in a heartbeat, they had a new plan. Inecon was forgotten, and they made contact with Wilan to warn him that the Sith were on his tail, along with the Wookies.

They managed to delay Titas Dan’s ship from departing in pursuit of Wilan on board Bondell’s ship. And then they left the station themselves. They made arrangements with Wilan to meet at a safe location on Agamar in one week’s time.

The rogues took their time on Agamar, selling of their cargo and getting to the town where they were going to meet Wilan and the resistance. Then, the night before their meeting, things went very badly.

The Imperial troops, led by Sith Lord Hiwall and her apprentice Fandutton, led a coordinated series of raids on resistance cells all over the planet, striking what appears to be a mortal blow to the Agamar Militia, if the newsreels are to be believed. Every location that received guns from the shipment purchased by Wilan was raided and wiped out. Wilan, however, evaded capture.

They found him, later the next day, hiding in an alley with a broken leg. They smuggled him to the Ample Bounty, where Seratta and Simone both will continue his training in their disparate ways of the Force, and they will figure out what they might do next.

Session 3: End of Waylaid, Starting Manku Dreams

The Rogues were able to get a 5-day break from the action, which gave Simone the time to recover a little from her wounds. Then they advanced on the Ash Sex Toy Emporium where pro-syndic Ash was holed up after he failed to kill Jatha at the junkyard.

In a running battle on conveyor belts in the Sex Toy Factory, the heroes managed to bring Ash down, although Simone and Yaziro were badly hurt in the battle.

After that, they delivered Ash’s body to Jatha. While they waited for payment, Jatha put them up in his palace for another week. They recovered from their wounds and relaxed in the luxury he could provide.

But once the team was healthy again, Jatha came to see them. He delivered to them their payment for service in the form of two cargo units of food processors, already stowed aboard the Ample Bounty. The two units of food processors, on Wayland where they were constructed, would be worth what Jatha owed them. But on another world — one less industrial — it might be worth a bit more.

Which was a happy coincidence, since Jatha had a new mission for the Rogues, one that would take them off world.

Jatha asked them to take on the task of figuring how who another rival — one who had been working with Ash — was working with.

Rac Inecon, head of the Inecon family, heads a company that is a major supplier of slugthrower-based weapons and ammunition. The Inecon family is in major financial trouble, and had allied with Ash as a way to get out of that difficulty. With Ash defeated, the Inecon family is caught again on their heels.

Jatha knows through his spies that they have a new deal they’re working on that might very well save them from their financial straights. Rac’s son Dac Inecon is traveling to Manku Station, a smuggler’s Shadowport.

Jatha offered them $500 each if they would follow Dac to Manku Station, find out whom he’s dealing with, and then break up the deal somehow. It is vital that Dac know that it was Jatha who is behind this, and that he live to return home to his father and deliver the message that crossing Jatha doesn’t go unpunished.

The Rogues — including their new “Owlbear Mascot” Ridaf, traveled to Manku — indirectly, but still actually ahead of Dac’s arrival. There they discovered some of the vagaries of life on Manku Station and also that an old friend of Serrata’s, Favord Bondell was there, having also arrived recently.

Bondell was there havign come from Agamar with passengers who had asked to be smuggled off the planet and brought to Manku Station. One there, they were going to take a few days to negotiate their deal and then return. Bondell’s ship had taken a beating from an attacker, and he explained that it had been a famous Woookie bounty hunter, Titas Dan, captain of the Rash Decision.

Suspecting that Bondell’s passengers might very well be the customers Dac Inecon is coming to meet, the Rogues trailed them to a cantina. And that’s where the session ended.

Session 2: Waylaid on Wayland Part 2

The rogues were hired by Nagan Jatha to bring him Pro-Syndic Ash (or his head). They went to a cantina to try to find out where to find Ash, took a prisoner Ridaf who was able to direct them to a lockup, in exchange for a promise to get him off world and pay him $300.

The Lockup was there, and the gang managed to find and load up with a cargo unit of Low-value ore (copper, in crates of ingots). Their low-stealth entry drew the attention of Ash’s droid security, who attacked. In the battle that ensued they managed to capture a hover barge with a droid driver that might be able to be sliced to reveal Ash’s location.
